Downloads of the 2012 and 2014 Patient Experience Survey Results
These downloadable spreadsheets provide more detailed data from the 2012 and 2014 surveys, including the number of completed surveys per measure, the percent of patients responding for all survey measure categories, and results of the statistical significance testing which determines if a practice's scores are reliably different and not just the result of chance. All of the information is presented in aggregate across patients reporting in the practice and does not include any specific patient information.
